A few months ago, something was seriously wrong with my arms.

My body mostly felt ok – I’d bike miles, hike up my local trail, no problem. To my friends, I was a fairly active, healthy guy in his fifties.

But my arms? They were getting weaker everyday.

At first it was small things. I would spend 10 minutes in the kitchen struggling to open a jar of pickles, hoping my wife didn’t notice.

Then I dropped a heavy bag of groceries on the 15 feet from the car to my porch.
